After helping design and market the first preventative knee brace for football players during his college career, Jeff has made physical therapy equipment his passion. He launched Advantage Medical in 1994 with a commitment to help PT clinics, chiropractors and athletic trainers improve clinical outcomes as well as save time and costs. Jeff’s entrepreneurial approach keeps Advantage Medical and its clients at the forefront of innovations and best practices in the PT industry.

Shari joined Advantage Medical after ten years as the practice administrator for a specialty physician group. Responsible for the business infrastructure at Advantage Medical, Shari has been able to establish procedures designed to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction—even as the company has grown and added employees and services.

Having worked with clients in the physical therapy marketplace since 1985, Jeff is well-versed in all rehab products and services and best known for his expertise in electrical stimulation.

Matt is responsible for all inside sales functions. If you call in with a question about the many products we sell, chances are Matt will get you the information you need. He also makes contact with our van customers on a monthly basis, making innovations and monthly specials that might save the clinic money. Matt is devoted to our customers, constantly working to make sure their best interests are served to the best of his ability.

Sue makes sure that all customer accounts are properly maintained. She handles all financial aspects for Advantage Medical including Human Resources. She is also trained in Six Sigma and is constantly on the lookout for ways to improve the processes and workflow of our company.

A familiar voice to our customers, Marybeth has been working with Advantage Medical clients since 1997. She is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of physical therapy and very helpful in locating hard-to-find therapy items. Famous for attention to detail and anticipating problems, Marybeth expertly coordinates the ordering of all equipment for Rehab Ready new clinic start-ups.

Kathy coordinates all of Advantage Medical’s van orders, working with customers to ensure 100% accuracy. Partnering with the sales team to guarantee a personal touch with customers, Kathy handles all service and repair calls, schedules appointments and oversees the equipment loaner program.

Patients using Advantage Medical’s retail store in central Indiana receive a friendly greeting and prompt customer service from Gab. By taking time to help every customer try out in-store rehab products, Gab ensures that every purchase solves the specific physical challenge or problem.

Working behind-the-scenes, Dan is an integral part of Advantage Medical’s monthly delivery system. Dan keeps thousands of in-stock rehab supply items organized and ready for distribution, and he also oversees the shipping and receiving department of Advantage Medical.

In her 6th year handling the mail for Advantage Medical, Jessica makes sure that customer invoices are mailed in a timely fashion and likes to remind everyone that, without her, no one would receive a paycheck. A self-advocate, Jessica is very involved in the Down Syndrome Association at both local and national levels.

Jason is Advantage Medical’s first responder to your call for help for technical or mechanical problems. Equipped with the tools necessary to assess problems in the field and extremely skilled at “making things work,” Jason does everything possible to keep customers up and running. He also handles all safety checks for clinics that need to comply with state and insurance regulations.

Bill Power works in the warehouse packing orders that go out on our delivery van each month. He also helps to pack and ship orders going out via UPS. When inventory is not going out the door, new inventory is coming in the door. Bill also helps to receive and properly label all inventory stored in our 6,000 SF warehouse as well as staging new clinics and providing backup for internet orders. Bill has vast experience and we are happy to have his expertise contributing to serving our customers.
