Returns

  • All products to be returned must have a Return Authorization Code.
  • Call (800) 577-5694 within 30 days of purchase to obtain your Return Authorization Code.
  • Products should be in the original containers and in salable condition.
  • Returns will be credited or exchanged for other products (excluding shipping charges).
  • Bathroom items are NOT returnable.

Damaged Goods

  • We take great care in filling, checking and packing your order.
  • Damaged or short shipments should be reported immediately.
  • Damage to a shipping container must be noted with carrier at the time of delivery.
  • Please be sure to save all packaging materials as they are needed for insurance purposes.

   If a shipment arrives damaged…

  • Note damage on the delivery bill and have the driver sign it acknowledging the damage.
  • Contact Advantage Medical’s Customer Service Department at (800) 577-5694 to start processing an insurance claim.

   If an item is missing from your shipment…

  • Call Customer Service immediately
  • Once 30 days have passed, no credit will be issued for the missing product.
