The open-cell foam slowly recovers after squeezing. Perfect for being pinched, squeezed, twisted, and manipulated. By working your fingers, forearms, hands, and joints, it can improve grip strength as well as relieve stiffness and joint pain. These hand therapy blocks come in four color-coded resistance levels: Extra-Soft (Yellow), Soft (Pink), Medium (Blue), and Firm (Green). These blocks come in a pack of 32 and are each pink in color.
