Orfit® Classic Splinting Material 3/16”

Orfit® Classic material is non-coated and sticks easily to itself and outrigger attachments. The material bonds temporarily during fabrication, then permanently when exposed to dry heat. It is excellent as a base for different attachments and has unlimited potential for fabrication of very large to very small orthoses according to the thickness you select. When the material is ready for molding it turns transparent which allows provides visibility during the fabrication process. Use to create very small to very large orthoses. Orfit® Classic material is available in high stretch (Soft) and low stretch (Stiff) versions. The soft version offers increased and accurate molding around anatomic contours. The stiff version offers increased support and strength for larger orthoses. This material is also available in three perforation versions: non-perforated (0%), maxi perforated (25%), and micro perforated (13%).
