The Relief Pak® Heating Unit 12-Pack Capacity effectively heats moist heat packs up to 170° in an insulated hot water bath. Insulated design keeps heat from dispersing out of the unit, allowing it to retain heat. It is made from durable stainless steel that's perfect for high traffic clinics and its mobile design with rolling feet allow it to be easily moved across a room. This heating unit features adjustable temperature control and a glowing orange light illuminates when the unit has reached its desired temperature. It is best to use moist heat packs at 160° for best results. An on/off switch glows green when the unit is in use. This unit has a 12-pack capacity that can heat up to 12 moist heat packs. A removable plug set comes with this 110V unit. Unit measures 19.02” x 29.53” x 17.32”. Available in kits with sizes of Relief Pak® HotSpot® Moist Heat Packs.

Warranty info:

Fabrication Enterprises warrants that the Relief Pak® Heating Units are free of defects
in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one year
from the date of shipment to consumer. If these products fail to function during the one
year warranty period due to a defect in material or workmanship, at FEI’s option, FEI or
the selling dealer will repair or replace this product without charge.
This warranty does not cover installation or labor charges, and does not apply to
materials which have been damaged by other causes such as mishandling or improper
care or abnormal use. This warranty does not cover:
• Replacement parts or labor furnished by anyone other than FEI, the selling dealer or
a certified FEI service agent
• Defects or damage caused by labor furnished by someone other than FEI, the
selling dealer or a certified FEI service agent
• Any malfunction or failure in the product caused by product misuse including, but
not limited to, the failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance or any
use that is inconsistent with the Product User Manual
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied. Product
maintenance instructions are issued with each unit and disregard or non-compliance
with these instructions will constitute an abnormal use condition and void the warranty.
