The Scotsman CU2026 provides 80lb of storage and uses significantly less water and energy than other ice machines, 9.7KWh/100lb of ice. It allows for longer time between cleanings by reducing scale buildup. With the auto-alert indicator lights, staff will be informed when it is time to descale and sanitize. This operating status is located behind the front panel where it can be easily viewed. When it is time for cleaning, the door and top panel is removed easily taking the hassle out of cleaning.
