INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

• For back sleeping, start by using the smaller diameter roll section. For increasing support use the larger diameter roll section
• For side sleeping, use the raised raised side sections of the pillow. 

Note: It may take several weeks for your body to fully adjust to the ScripHessco premium Chiropractic Pillow. Alternate with current pillow as needed. Comfortable sleep should be achieved in several days.
