The Original BakBalls®

The Original BakBalls® are a self-treatment device for back pain designed by a Physical Therapist for the Olympic Triathlon team that back pain sufferers and sports people can use.  Great to use in the home, car or office!

The Original BakBalls® are a patented, clinically designed, therapeutic product designed to relief back pain and stiffness. The dimensions perfectly match the width of the human spine so when users lie or lean against the BakBalls® therapeutic force is applied directly on to the facet and costo joints and erector spinae muscles for effective pain relief.

Note:  Users should start with the regular red BakBalls.  When user becomes accommodated to the entry product, and further pressure is required, users can progress to the firm black BakBalls.
