The Vasyli Hoke is specifically designed for the unique mechanical need of the supinated foot type. The Tri planar supination control incorporates a forefoot Valgus (lateral) post and neutral heel cup, a forefoot equinus accommodation in the sagittal plane, and a 1st Ray Plantarflexor zone for transverse plane control- increasing prominence of the base of the 5th ray. The Vasyli Hoke is the worlds first customizable orthotic to intrinsically incorporate posting to address the supinated foot.
