Cleaning Instructions:

Remove cover and wash in cold water. Do not dry. Lay cover flat to dry and then replace. 

Warning:

OVERHEATING AND MOISTURE EXPOSURE TO THE PILLOW will negatively impact your pillow and it will no longer be usable.  If the flaxseed in the pillow is exposed to water, the wet flaxseed will band together permanently, hardening the flaxseed.  The pillow will no longer be flexible nor will it hold heat or cool as designed.
